The replication walkthrough is back up and running (2020-04-23). It does not look very pretty, but it works. You can navigate it at the top menu, click on "The social costs of gun ownership"

All data sources are listed in the references. You will still need my code to extract and combine the data. I will mail you my code upon request. I will even walk you through running my code via Skype or Webex or phone (without charge — even if you are an anti gunner). Just contact me.
